Brightside fees

How much does a buyer’s agent cost?

Plenty of buyer’s agents offer tiers and add-ons. We don’t. One full service, one flat fee, and you know it before we start. No commissions from selling agents or developers, ever. The full breakdown is on our fees page.

What it costs

$18,000

For most purchases, paid in two stages:

  • 50% on engagement, when we begin working together

  • 50% on unconditional exchange, once the property is secured

For higher-value purchases, some clients choose a percentage-based structure instead.

Most clients start with a simple conversation. Let’s have a chat ↗

Your local. Your advocate.

Meet Bek.
In your corner.

Buying a home is personal. It should feel that way.

I’m Bek, the founder of Brightside Buyers, and I’ve been the buyer myself. Three times. Once on my own, feeling every bit of the fear and second-guessing. Once with a buyer’s agent, and still feeling like a number. And once as the buyer’s agent, for our own family home, with the process built around us. Now I’m the expert in your corner.

I’m Western Sydney through and through. I grew up in The Hills, went to school in Epping, studied at Macquarie University, and I’m now raising my own family in the Parramatta area. I know this corridor because I’ve lived it.

Someone to ask. Someone to listen. Someone looking out for you.

Real buyers. Real homes.

Don’t just take our word for it.

Straight from Google. Want a story like theirs? Ask Bek. We’d love to help.

“Buying our first home in Sydney's unpredictable and constantly changing property market felt overwhelming, but having Bek by our side made all the difference... we were able to secure our first home while staying well within our budget.”

Susanne and Eddy - first home buyers

“I would highly recommend Bek and Brightside Buyers. She was friendly, professional, and a wonderful bridge between us and the agents. We could not have achieved our purchase without her!”

Victoria

“Brightside helped us to purchase at a price we were happy with and negotiated to have the future Open Home cancelled. Brightside then communicated all through the settlement period. Thank you!”

The Carrolls

“Bek was an absolute God-send when it came to find a place for me to live... She answered all my questions big or small. She is patient and knowledgeable.”
